1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Infotograf ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Infotograf. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Not create more than one account per person
4. User-Generated Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, captions, comments, and messages ("Content") you post on Infotograf. By posting Content, you grant Infotograf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., showing your photos in followers' feeds, delivering your messages).
4.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the Content you post. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to post all Content you share
- Your Content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Your Content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines
4.3 Content Removal
Infotograf reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Post sexually explicit content or content depicting the exploitation of minors
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or stalk other users
- Spam, solicit, or advertise products or services
- Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the service
- Collect or harvest other users' personal information
- Circumvent any content filtering or moderation measures
6. Reporting and Moderation
Infotograf provides tools for users to report objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can:
- Report posts or comments that violate our guidelines using the in-app report feature
- Report users who engage in abusive behavior
- Block users to prevent them from interacting with you
- Mute users to hide their content from your feed
We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending or terminating accounts. If you believe content requires urgent attention, contact us at support@infotograf.com.
7. Intellectual Property
The Infotograf app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Infotograf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, all your Content and data will be permanently removed from our servers.
9. Disclaimers
Infotograf is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any Content posted by users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infotograf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from user-generated content.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infotograf from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
